In Brazil, the Penal Code, established in the 1940s, provides for hundreds of crimes, involving the human person (murders, injuries), crimes against their dignity (sexual bias, such as rape and harassment), crimes against property (theft and theft), faith (ideological and documentary falsehood) and public administration (improbity, corruption, embezzlement).
